1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States and internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select EU countries. For shipping to other locations, please contact us at support@optixmerchant.com.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may extend to 3-4 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a range of premium shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends, holidays, or delays beyond our control.

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3-5 business days – Starting at $14.95.
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 1-3 business days – Starting at $24.95.
  • Overnight Shipping (US): 1 business day – Starting at $49.95.

For international shipments, available options include:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days – Starting at $49.95.
  • Expedited International Shipping: 4-8 business days – Starting at $79.95.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the continental United States. Please note that oversized or heavy items may not qualify for free shipping and may incur additional fees.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items, such as ammunition or restricted tactical gear, may be subject to shipping limitations based on local laws and regulations. Be sure to review your country’s import policies or contact us for more details before placing your order.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide tracking information via email, including a link to monitor the progress of your shipment. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect on the carrier’s site.

You can also track your order from the Order Status page using your order number and email.

7. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that customs procedures can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on any potential fees or delays.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@optixmerchant.com or call +13057910536 within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund options.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours at support@optixmerchant.com or call +13057910536 or Customer Support at the bottom right icon on your screen. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.

10. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the item, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees. Returned items in resellable condition will be refunded minus original shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
